Jill Carberry of Nuera Insurance on listening to clients and adapting to change
In 2015, Nuera Insurance decided that they were tired of the status quo. They wanted to create something amazing. Something that puts their clients first. They wanted to use technology to eliminate the friction of insurance for the every day person who was as sick of the dinosaur age as they were.
Today, Spire Mortgage Team luck was lucky to speak with Jill Carberry, Manager of Business Development at Nuera Insurance. Hearing Nuera’s story is inspiring! They continue to change and adapt to support their referral partners and client base in new ways. I have to say, they certainly entered the pandemic set up and in the right mindset to be able to support their clients! Given that Nuera was already supporting their clients, 7 days a week, from the comfort of their homes, the transition to “lock down mode” has been seamless.
