Spire Mortgage Team has access to rates holds up to 24 months. Rate holds are available at best market rates to protect clients from interest rate volatility over the build period.
In addition to construction financing for clients, Spire Mortgage Team specializes in take-out financing for builders’ inventory as well as land acquisition.
