Riley Watson - Marketing Manager

Riley brings a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Calgary and more than five years of experience in marketing and social media. Before joining Spire, she worked in oil & gas, athletics, and hospitality — but she’s always been drawn to the energy (and chaos) of small businesses.

At Spire, every day looks different, and that’s exactly what Riley loves about her work. One moment she’s producing a podcast, the next she’s editing a blog, creating social media content, or planning a full campaign. She thrives on variety and especially enjoys bringing Renée’s ideas to life, making sure the Spire story gets told in ways that feel creative, authentic, and fun.

Outside the office, Riley is a dedicated Formula 1 and Calgary Flames fan who sneaks away to Kelowna whenever she can. At home, she and her boyfriend share life with Farley, their rescue dog, a lovable troublemaker who firmly believes he runs the household (and usually does). When she isn’t wrangling Farley, she’s probably lost in a book, and if her headphones are in, chances are she’s listening to a true crime podcast.
