The summit is what drives us, but the climb itself is what matters.
Kristin Stringer - Executive Assistant
Kristin brings more than 20 years of experience in administrative and customer service roles, including the last seven as an executive assistant. With a Diploma in Public Relations from Kwantlen Polytechnic University in BC, her background is as varied as it is impressive — spanning events management, post-secondary, non-profit, banking, property management, and school support. That broad experience gives her a unique perspective and the ability to adapt to just about anything that comes her way.
At Spire, Kristin thrives on the variety of her role. Every day looks different, and she loves being part of a team that helps people step into their dream homes. Known for her warmth, humor, and creativity, she brings a steady mix of professionalism and personality to everything she does. She also has one of the toughest jobs in the office — keeping Renée on schedule and her spirited ideas somewhat wrangled (a role she handles with patience and just the right amount of humor).
Outside of work, Kristin is deeply involved in volunteer work — from serving on the leadership board of the Calgary Celiac Association to running social media for a junior lacrosse team, and contributing at her church. She also loves spending time with her husband and young adult kids, sharing laughter over coffee, red wine, and her ongoing experiments with gluten-free cooking and baking. Originally from BC, Kristin has called five provinces home, BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Quebec, and Nova Scotia, before settling in Alberta in 2013, giving her a special appreciation for the sense of home she now helps others find.
