With 7 years in finance—including 5 focused squarely on mortgages—Karan knows the ins and outs of what makes a deal come together smoothly. As an underwriter, he spends his days reviewing loan applications, making sure every “i” is dotted and “t” is crossed so that both clients and lenders can move forward with confidence.

Licensed with RECA in Alberta and BCFSA in British Columbia, Karan brings the technical know-how that keeps the process on track. But beyond the paperwork, what drives him is simple: the joy of helping people achieve one of life’s biggest milestones—owning a home.

When he’s not deep into mortgage files, you’ll likely find Karan gaming on his PS5 or taking a long drive out to the mountains to recharge. Around the office, he’s known for being approachable, upbeat, and always happy to help.
