The Best Rate, No Matter What
I had and continue to have a great experience working with Renee.
When we first started working with her, she got us a great deal on a mortgage for our acreage without hassle. Then a couple years into our fixed mortgage, rates were incredibly low and when consulting with Renee she did advise us it would make sense to break our mortgage and take advantage of remortgaging at the very low rate… and explained the savings we would see with the lower rate even with the penalty. Amazingly, after all that work on our file, she actually helped us to get a better rate at our bank instead of with her by writing us a letter with rates she could get to help us negotiate with them! It was the most important to Renee that we got the right deal that was best for us… whether it was with her or not!
A couple years later and I am still getting Renee’s helpful updates via email. I definitely know I will be contacting her again when our mortgage comes up the next time!
She is a pleasure to work with, incredibly knowledgeable, and works hard to get you the best deal for you! I describe it as a kick a$$ business with a heart and it is a rare quality and experience!
